About Me
I’m a Washington DC-based audio engineer and producer specializing in podcasts, live sound, recording and mixing. With over 10 years of experience touching many facets of the industry, I’ve worked in recording studios and concert venues, and worked with Wammy-nominated independent artists, news organizations, consulting firms, and media companies. My work has appeared on NPR’s The Indicator, Financial Times’ Alphachat, and CBC’s The Outlaw Ocean Project among others. In an age of seemingly endless content, I understand the importance of quality. I strive to provide everyone, from the start-up podcaster or indie band to the large firm or established media company, with the same level of high-quality audio so that their vision can be fully realized on every project.
My goal in working with a client is to take the technical obstacles that weigh down so many projects out of the equation. I believe that a good sound engineer is invisible, and as such I feel that it is my job to make the process as transparent and seamless as possible so that you can focus on what matters most - the content. As a producer, I strive to take that ethos a step further, by applying my technical expertise, experience, and network to your project and making your creative vision a reality.
When I’m not mixing a podcast, album, or concert, you can usually find me practicing guitar, working out in my home gym, or nerding out on audio forums.
